Tawny Owl
The Tawny Owl Mask celebrates one of Britain's most familiar and enchanting woodland birds. Known for its haunting "twit-twoo" call, the tawny owl is a creature of twilight, slipping silently through the trees while most of us are asleep.
Handcrafted from natural wool on a lightweight felted base, the mask has been gently stiffened and moulded on a mask form to make it comfortable to wear and durable enough for display.
The mask includes a removable mounting pad, allowing it to be displayed as a striking wall piece when not being worn. The eyes shown in the photographs are felted onto the mounting pad and complete the display, but are not part of the mask itself.
The reverse of the mask is lined with soft polycotton for comfort, and the mask is light for its size, with good visibility when worn.
As with all Valerian Fibres creations, this is a one-of-a-kind piece, handmade with care from natural wool and inspired by the quiet magic of the woodland at dusk. Whether worn in the wild or displayed at home, the Tawny Owl brings something of the mystery and stillness of the night forest indoors.

SHIPPING INFO
We aim to dispatch your mask within 3–5 working days. Our delivery charge includes postage, protective packaging and handling.
Orders are normally sent using an appropriate Royal Mail tracked service, selected according to the item and delivery requirements. A signature may be required on delivery. Tracking details will be provided (usually through Royal Mail) once your order has been dispatched.

We currently offer international shipping to selected destinations: Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the United States.
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import VAT, customs duties and local handling charges. These are determined by the destination country's authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
International orders are normally sent using Royal Mail's tracked international services, subject to availability for the destination.
