This Green Man mask is in tribute to the "bird man" at the heart of the Pilton Green Man day.
An ancient carving in St Mary's Church, Pilton ,shows a Green Man appearing to wear a beaked mask and adorned with feathers or leaves under his characterful hat.
Whether he is wearing feathers or leaves, this stunning mask is brilliant for performance or display.
Created on a lightweight felted base, and lightly stiffened and shaped on a mask form, making the mask lightweight and comfortable to wear, while also being durable enough for display.
A removable mounting pad is included, allowing the mask to be displayed as a striking piece of wall art when not being worn.
