INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently offer international shipping to selected destinations: Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the United States.
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import VAT, customs duties and local handling charges. These are determined by the destination country's authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
International orders are normally sent using Royal Mail's tracked international services, subject to availability for the destination.
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact me at valerie@valerianfibres.com before ordering. I will be happy to consider your enquiry, although shipping to some destinations, including the European Union and Northern Ireland, is currently suspended due to regulatory requirements.
