This cowl is created by a combination of wet-felting and needle-felting techniques with the addition of dyed locks of sheeps wool.  This creates a light and warm garment that will add a touch of fantasy to your look.  Each cowl is an individual piece.  
One size fits all.
Please note this garment is not washable.
